FLVS Full Time
Now enrolling all grades for the 2020-21 school year!
FLVS Full Time is a fully accredited, tuition-free online public school for Kindergarten-12th grade. It works much like a traditional public school and follows a 180-day calendar, with school running from August to June. Students take a standard course load of six courses a semester, and those who meet graduation requirements receive a Florida diploma.

What an awesome school. This is our 3rd virtual school in 2 years and we are just so excited to be continuing on with them. The flexibility is exactly like they say, the teachers are amazing and the learning is fun. FLVS Flex is the only virtual school that stays true to their word. Absolutely love it and have 3 kids enrolled. 5 kids next year. High school through kindergarten. Thank you FLVS.

what kind of things would I see in the FLVS Flex 2020 Yearbook?
was there a set date for school pictures to be taken that I was unaware of?
how do you have class pictures of the teacher and students in this yearbook?
Hi Simone! All of the content is provided by students and compiled by members of our Yearbook Club. Messages are typically emailed to your student inbox with info about clubs and/or photo submissions for different grade levels. The yearbooks also feature some of the same students who have shared their stories with us via social media, etc. Hope this helps!
I have never received any emails regarding submitting a photo.
Will there be any Honor roll announcements for this year’s semester?
Hi there! Honor roll recognition varies depending on which option, teacher, and grade level you are enrolled in with FLVS. For our FLVS Full Time students, this was announced at the end of the school year.
Is it too late to submit photos? We never received an email on photo submission like last year.

My kids are caught up in the mess of deciding regular school or online. My daughter has 3 classes to graduate for her senior year. Alot of incorrect information going around. Could you please correct me on this. She is told she will not officially graduate from FLVS if she completed her classes. She would have to take the GED test to officially graduate. Is that true? My other 2 are waiting to decide if they will go back to a school classroom setting.
Hi Kelly, FLVS Full Time students can graduate with a diploma from Florida Virtual School. FLVS Flex students will earn a diploma from their public or private school of record. If you need more advice, we recommend reaching out to a guidance counselor at your school or FLVS!
