With the Flexibility to Dream Big, FLVS Graduate Aims for Harvard Law

In an early May afternoon in Cambridge, Massachusetts, you can feel the cool, spring breeze and an electric buzz in the air as Harvard students prepare for graduation. And on the weathered stone steps of Harvard Law School, you can trace the invisible footsteps of some of the country’s most prominent figures—including past and present senators, business leaders, and even Presidents. It’s a place that might feel heavy with expectation. Or full of promise. And it’s exactly where FLVS student Abigail Muller plans to make history.

Finding Connection through Student Clubs

Many are surprised to learn that FLVS offers students the opportunity to join student clubs and activities. As an online school, we know how important it is for our Kindergarten-12th grade students to get involved outside of taking courses. Students need a safe space to explore interests, strengthen skills, build their resume, and most importantly, make connections and friends.

The moment he hit the stage at Country Thunder — to the tune of hundreds of cheers — Noah Schnacky’s signature smile lit up his face. It was the first time the Windermere-area native had been invited to play the main stage at the annual country-music festival in Kissimmee, and he was both thrilled and right at home on stage.

Meet FLVS Student Ben Krieger

Finding NeverlandSouth Florida resident and FLVS student Ben Krieger (age 12) is now in the final stretch of his two-year professional run as a traveling actor in national Broadway tours.

Ben currently plays the roles of Peter Llewelyn Davies and George Llewelyn Davies in Finding Neverland, showing in major Florida cities in May and June this year. Ben accepted his first job with Pippin the Musical on June 25, 2015 and will take his final bow exactly two years later on June 25, 2017 at The Broward Center for Performing Arts with Finding Neverland. In between, he also toured with The Sound of Music.

Ben has performed in approximately 250 shows for more than 500,000 people in 38 cities across the U.S. He also performed in Japan for three weeks and Amsterdam for a month. Ben traveled for a total of 80 weeks in the past two years.
