Provides a Structured Online School Experience

FLVS Full Time is a public school that allows students to take all classes online (a total of six courses) and follow the standard school year. With FLVS Flex, traditional or homeschool students customize their schedule with one or more courses.

Follows a Traditional Public School Schedule

FLVS Full Time is considered a public school within the Florida Virtual School district. As a fully accredited online public school for Kindergarten-12th grade, FLVS Full Time provides a comprehensive, full-time, tuition-free learning experience for all Florida students. Students follow a fixed, 180-day school year schedule from August to June.

Our seniors graduate with a diploma and have the opportunity to attend an in-person graduation ceremony.

Students get to know each other through online clubs and activities, in addition to face-to-face events. FLVS Full Time also helps students establish a daily routine through live morning announcements – a time when students can chat with teachers and classmates about important reminders or upcoming events.

Hosts Regular Face-to-Face Meetups

While organized student activities are available through both FLVS Flex and FLVS Full Time, students who enroll with FLVS Full Time enjoy more frequent face-to-face events.

Across all grade levels, we host regular meetups in counties across the state of Florida as well as annual field trips. FLVS Full Time also coordinates special annual high school events that include grad bash, spirit week, graduation, and more.

Allows Elementary Students to Engage and Connect

Elementary students get to know teachers and classmates during live Class Time instruction and engage in hands-on activities and projects as they work through online lessons. We also offer clubs, parental support, family activities, and in-person events geared specifically for elementary students.

    Hi. how and when to sign up FLVS full time for 2020-2021, for grade 6/ middle school? We are in Hillsborough county, now we are doing Flex for 1 elective subject and in 5th grade elementary. Thanks.

    We live in Duval county, my husband travels a lot for business and we are looking for an alternative to brick and mortar school so that the kids can travel more often and not miss school. Are there any issues doing school work while traveling? Or do they need to be in Florida at all times?

      Hi Esma, Yes! If you log into your account, middle or high school students can be withdrawn from FLVS Flex courses. If you have students in elementary school, please give our elementary team a call at 800-374-1430.
