Every year, on April 15, the world comes together to celebrate American Sign Language (ASL) Day, commemorating the rich culture and linguistic diversity of the Deaf community. Advance to American Sign Language 2 Online with FLVS

Students can now enroll in American Sign Language (ASL) 2 with Florida Virtual School (FLVS)! 

Last year FLVS announced the highly anticipated American Sign Language 1 course as its newest addition to the selection of World Language courses for high school students. The success of ASL 1 sparked countless requests for American Sign Language 2 from FLVS students and parents. We are pleased to announce that students can continue their ASL journey in American Sign Language 2!

FLVS is now enrolling students in American Sign Language 1 and 2!

Used by parents, professionals, athletes, public speakers, and others in various industries, American Sign Language (ASL) is one of the most popular language classes in colleges and universities.  Learning ASL offers several benefits and marketable skills – from making you a better communicator to improving abstract thinking and hand/eye coordination.
